Job Purpose: Sales Lead generation, sales conversion, increase sales revenue and volume from lead generation to payment follow up.

Relevant Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales in Residential Real Estate sector, with excellent customer front end and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the Real Estate Business, knowledge of competition, pricing and market trends
  • Graduate or Under Graduate (Sales and Marketing)
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressively generate leads pipeline and convert them into site visits and deal closure
  • Showing/explaining projects to the interested customers and converting them into genuine buyers
  • Continuous follow-ups with clients until prospects are converted into buyers.
  • Offer various financial options to clients based on their risk and profile.
  • Build relationship with customers and channel partners (brokers)
  • Follow up with customers on Sale Agreement Registration and Payment follow up/reminders
  • Review post possession complaints and ensure resolution
  • Maintain and update CRM system database
  • Creating Daily & weekly reports and submission to the superiors

Location: Mumbai,

Job Purpose: Sales Lead generation, increase sales revenue and volume by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also act as a single point contact on a Project from lead generation to payment follow up.

Relevant Experience

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales in Residential Real Estate sector with excellent customer front end and negotiation skills
  • Excellent understanding of the Real Estate Business, knowledge of competition, pricing and market trends
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujrati

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and motivate the team to achieve sales target
  • Aggressively generate leads pipeline and convert them into site visits and deal closure

  • Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and digital media marketing campaigns.

Relevant Experience

  • 5-10 years experience in Real Estate admin / Operations
  • Sound Financial and Operational knowledge in Real Estate
  • Knowledge of applicable taxes, and financial statements
  • Excellent communication in English (written and oral)

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day Operations / admin work related to purchase, sale, rental, or development of real estate properties
    • Post Sales Customer Record and filing
    • Creating Demand Letters
    • Coordinating with Banks for APF & Project Funding
    • Agreement drafting and registration planning
    • Payment Tracking Customer slab wise
    • Informing Sales & A/c on payment for collection
    • Coordinating A/c for generating invoice
    • Correspondence with Society committee/members (redevelop projects)
    • Support Sales team in marketing/sales activities
  • Coordinating with Site for expenses & Sales team for sales MIS
  • Coordinating with Banks/ NBFCs for project loans and documentation
  • Generating MIS reports for Owners and Banks

Relevant Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in Real Estate Accounting
  • Proficiency MS Office, Tally ERP9.
  • Sound Financial and Operational knowledge in Real Estate
  • Knowledge of applicable taxes, and financial statements
  • Excellent communication in English (written and oral)

Key Responsibilities

  • In -depth knowledge of Service Tax, GST, TDS & VAT
  • Managing accounts payables & receivables.
  • Coordination with Banks for APF
  • Posting sales and purchases entries in Tally 9 ERP & Excel Data entry, Bank reconciliation and maintenance of accounts.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all financial ledgers for the day to day operations.
  • Generating accounting records and MIS.
  • Responsible for scrutiny for verification of accounting entries and rectification required if any.
  • Party Receipt & Payments on time basis / follow up. Preparing Demand Draft / Pay Order , CHEQUE , RTGS & NEFT payments.
  • Calculating & Preparing TDS & GST Challan up to finalization.
  • Handling Bank, Cash & Petty Cash Operations.
  • Passing the entries for Debit Note & Credit Notes in Tally / Excel.
  • Education: B.Com in Commerce Other Professional
